Hi there,

I am sure you can appreciate that you closed for a holiday shortly after I ordered, coupled with being a busy bride the last thing I wanted to be sorting was emailing you for a refund/return etc, I was fine with what I received but underwhelmed as I said below. You asked for an honest review and I gave one. That's it. I said it was pretty, but it was underwhelming and did not look luxury.

I am unsure why you ask for feedback if all you do is deny/respond to anything I have said blaming me or insinuating I should follow something up when I just didn't want to as I have enough on my plate? You asked for honest feedback and I gave it. I was underwhelmed with the product for what I paid and so I said so. Absolutely no moisture on the product whatsoever from my side. The box was perfect and stored exactly as you said, in fact in a cabinet away from any moisture or light so I don't appreciate the customer blame. The petals were slightly browned inside the box, by no means all, a few of them. We still used the confetti, no one really inspects the stuff anyway apart from the bride and there were no complaints from guests.
I don't appreciate that I have spent 125 pounds or something around that mark, for my review to be belittled like that. Don't ask for honest feedback if all you are going to do is customer blame in your responses.

Thanks for taking the time to share your review.
If you were unhappy when you received your order, you should have contacted us and we could have organised a return.
The petals are a luxury product, which we do explain on our website to help you understand the value of them. It takes many months of care and hardwork to grow the flowers, then they are harvested by hand to prevent damage as much as possible and then the drying process begins. There's a lot of time, care and harwork goes into producing the petals and this is reflected in the price.
Any guidance on volume is tried and tested here by us, and we are confident that we share realistic advice, but this does depend how generous you want to be.
The rose petals are just recently harvested and dried, so will last for 6 months or more provided they are stored carefully. The petals were not brown when they left us. The deterioration to the colour you describe sounds like they have been exposed to humidity or moisture. Given these conditions, they will start to deteriorate very quickly.

The petals are beautiful

The petals are beautiful, quite large for throwing and would be bit of a waste as they are beautiful individual rose petals. I used them to create a heart on the bed in the bridal suite for my daughter and her husband and to trail up the stairs in their new home and create a heart on the bed. Looked lovely.
