Annual Holiday Closure
Following an incredibly busy wedding season (which was very welcome after the two Covid years!) we are taking a little break.
We will close at 4pm Friday 16 September and re-open Monday 10 October 2022
ORDERS
CUT-OFF DATES FOR DISPATCH BEFORE WE CLOSE:
Custom made / personalised items - Midnight Friday 9 September
Loose confetti petals - 3pm Thursday 15 September
Any orders placed after these dates will not be dispatched until we re-open.
You are very welcome to place an order while we are closed, provided you are happy that processing will not begin on your order until we re-open in October.
RETURNS
If you are wanting to return an order, please do not return it while we are closed - there will not be anyone here to receive the package. Email us (or fill out the contact form) to let us know that you are wanting to make a return and we will get back to you Monday 10 October with details you need for the return. Don't worry about the normal 14 day return policy, we are extending it temporarily to accommodate the closure.
