Pre-Order Service & Payment Plans

Pre-Order Service

If you're looking to purchase your petals now, but your wedding's not for a few months ... you can ask us to delay dispatch & we'll post your petals 4 weeks prior to your wedding date (or 8 weeks if you're international). That way you can tick a job off the list without having to worry about a product being out of stock, or long term storage of your petals & you'll know that you'll have petals that look great on your big day.

The Pre-Order Service is particularly useful if you're wanting to purchase some of our personalised or custom made to order products. These products require some preparation time prior to dispatch & I can become fully booked at busy times, such as peak wedding season. The Pre-Order Service allows you to get booked into my diary in plenty of time & avoid any last-minute disappointment.

How do I use the Pre-Order Service ...

You can now opt into the Pre-Order Service directly from the item page. Just before you get to the Add to Cart button, it asks ...


You then have two options to choose from:

Dispatch 4 Weeks Before Wedding Date

If you wish to take advantage of the Pre-Order Service, simply select the 'Dispatch 4 Weeks Before Wedding Date' option, then select your wedding date where it says:


Please take a few moments to double check the date you've selected is correct!

Once we receive your order, we'll pop it onto the calendar around 4 weeks before your wedding date & send you an email to confirm the Pre-Order with details of the date your order is scheduled for dispatch (if you don't see an email, check your spam/junk folder as they sometimes go in there).


Payment Plans

Want to spread the cost of your confetti?

We offer Payment Plan options with payments taken monthly or bi-monthly on your chosen date, over a timescale requested by you.

The first payment is taken at the time of setting up the plan & acts as a deposit - please note the deposit is non-refundable.

There is a small fee for setting up a Payment Plan of £2.50. This is to cover the extra transaction fees created from multiple payment transactions.

To set up a Payment Plan - in the 'Payment Method' section at checkout, simply select the 'Payment Plan' payment option. This allows you to complete your order & submit it to us without making a payment. Once we receive the order, we'll be in touch via email to arrange the details, set up the plan & organise your deposit payment (if you don't see an email, check your spam/junk folder as they sometimes go in there).

We'll need to know:

The frequency of payment (monthly or bi-monthly)
The date you would like to make the payment (for example, some people like to pick a date around payday)
The timescale for the plan (how many months you wish to spread the plan over)

Please be aware of our cancellation policy in relation to custom made items:

As your customised accessories are personal to you & time has been used in creation of the product, any orders cancelled once work has commenced will be charged appropriately to the work already carried out. If all work has been completed, the order will be charged in full.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full - products remain the property of The Dried Petal Company until full payment has been received.
