We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days*, once payment is received.
*Custom-made to order & personalised items carry a longer processing timescale – see details below - if you are unsure whether an item is custom made to order, please contact me to clarify. These items are not available for next day delivery – but you are welcome to select a Next Day Delivery service if you wish to speed up the arrival of your parcel once it is ready for dispatch.
Processing timescales may be longer during the peak wedding season.
We recommend you select a Next Day Delivery option if you are placing an order less than 5 business days before the wedding date, for your peace of mind.
Custom-made to order / Personalised items
This includes any items that require time to craft & create prior to dispatch. For example - sets of organza bags filled with confetti / envelopes filled with confetti / envelopes or poppers with personalised designs etc.
Most of the time you will need to allow 3-7 business days for your order to be created & prepared for dispatch. However, at peak times we can be very busy, so you may need to allow up to 10 business days for us to prepare your order.
If it is peak wedding season & you are in hurry to receive your order, please contact us to make us aware that you are in a hurry & to confirm whether it will be possible to prepare your order within the given timescale.

Bone china Christmas baubles - these are created in an external workshop. The baubles go through a heat-firing process in the kiln which can take around 3-5 business days to complete. At peak Christmas shopping time, the workshop may extend this processing time to 7 business days due to the volume of orders.
Sending greetings cards directly to recipient
If you would like us to send the card directly to the recipient, you can ask us to perform this service by checking the box on the greeting card product page when asked if you would like the card sending directly to you, or to your recipient. If you wish to use this service, you will need to upgrade your purchase to 'Add a message' so that your message is printed inside the card (so that the recipient knows who it's from!). We will pop the card into its envelope & print the recipient's address onto the envelope & send the card directly to them. For this service, please remember to supply the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
Please note: we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day with the standard Royal Mail services (1st or 2nd Class) as these services only carry estimated delivery timescales - we are not responsible for any delays in transit.

We offer free Standard UK Delivery on all orders. Royal Mail 2nd Class Post which is estimated to take 2-5 business days.
1st Class - £1.00
Upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st Class Post which is estimated to take 1-2 business days.
Please note: Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 10 business days after posting. For this reason, we are unable to arrange a refund/replacement until this time has lapsed. If you are in a hurry to receive your parcel, we recommend you upgrade your postage to an express method which is guaranteed.
Next Day Special Delivery Service by 1pm (Monday – Friday) - £7.95
For eligible orders* if you place your order before 12noon your parcel will be dispatched the same business day (orders placed after 12noon or over the weekend/bank holiday will be dispatched the following business day).
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery – this service is guaranteed to be out for delivery the following business day after posting.
Please note: if your order is dispatched on a Friday - the parcel is guaranteed to be out for delivery on Monday.
*Important: next day delivery is not available for custom made / personalised items as they need time for creation. Any timescales quoted for delivery (UK or International) are estimated only. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products that is caused by an event outside of our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery details.
Customs regulations change regularly. It is the responsibility of the customer to research whether the items being purchased are permitted for import into your country & the associated taxes / fees. The Dried Petal Company will not refund for any items held by customs in the destination country. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
